This CD is a journey within a journey. Musically it is a creative response to the Five Rhythms of Gabrielle Roth. There are two tracks in each of the rhythms - over an hour of music from flowing to stillness.
The whole album is also a deep poetic reflection on a seven year spiritual journey towards self-acceptance and surrender, an expression of the wonder of being alive. The lyrics are woven into an intricate tapestry of sounds and tone colours; tribal drums, ecstatic trance sounds, gorgeous vocals, complex textures and a singing guitar filled with love and longing.
